Pasture Raised Beef

Our USDA inspected products involve raising cattle in a low-stress environment. They are hand fed (yes, we carry them feed by the bucket!) After being raised by momma's milk and on grass, they are backgrounded until being fed grain for finishing. Properly aged beef without preservatives is hard to find most places unless you buy at least 1/4 beef, but we offer this to all of our customers. Our products include premium steaks, hearty roasts, brisket, tri-tip, beef for stew, tenderized steaks, ground beef, and hamburger patties. We are also in the process of processing meat sticks in a variety of flavors for the busy "on-the-go" families and possibly for fundraisers.
